Customers are free to let us know which day of service is preferred and we will do our best to work with your preference. However, we schedule our routes to service customers in the same areas on the same day. So service on a customers preferred day may not be available. 

We do not require contracts for our residential clients. Services are on a month to month basis, billed on the 1st of the month for that month of service. 

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there may be a cancellation fee.
